Sales Executive Immigration (Customer Service, Counseling & Sales)
Looking for an enthusiastic young Customer Support/Sales Executive on father’s/spouse sponsorship to counsel qualified applicants for PR visa for Canada, Australia and other countries, student counseling study abroad and handling client’s cases. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for counseling inquiries received through email, phone and in person and generating other leads through social media
• Advice client’s various immigration options and assist them to make a right decision
• Provide truthful evaluation based on applicant’s profile and guide them qualifying country.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactively, timely respond client queries and generate referrals.
• Meet the assigned targets
• Desired Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.
• Prior experience in Study abroad / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment or Counseling.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
