* The EHSQ Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Company Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems and provides guidance to the whole organization driving the EHSQ Strategies and plans
* To align the Quality Management System and resources with the strategic direction of the AKS objectives. Work with the Senior Management team to develop and implement EHSQ strategy for the business and work with the employees to achieve results accordingly.
* Establish and monitor quality related KPIs throughout the Refinery and take corrective actions with the relevant team as appropriate.
* To manage external relationships with EHSQ related authorities e.g. DP, DM, Trakhees, JAFZA.
* To implement appropriate LEAN principles to improve customer satisfaction and improve EHS efficiency in all areas of the Refinery.
