Atlas & Arrow FZ, Dubai are in need of experienced candidates to fill the position as Back Office Administrator in Dubai.
Description:
• Must have good communication skills through the phone.
• Good understanding of customer needs
• Follow up the pickup and drop for the staff.
• Organize the schedule considering the road status and other bookings
• Maintaining a good relationship with the customer
• Follow up with the staff that have attended the cleaning service
• Handling the LPO (Gate pass)
• Follow up the pending payment
• Doing a quality check with the customer through the phone
• Build relationship between the company and the customer through the phone
• Ability to communicate with the staff and the customer through WhatsApp, Email and Phone.
