Service Advisor

Jobs required to be executed by the above position are detailed here but not limited to the following:

• To pull the fleets in CMS which are pushed to workshop by Thrifty & Dollar.

• To open the job card in JD for the fleets pulled to workshop.

• To arrange to get the fleet from designated parking and hand it over to the terminal supervisor along with the job card copy.

• To coordinate with terminal supervisor for any fleet needs outside repair.

• To arrange to send the fleets to outside to the AWW approved workshops.

• To receive the accident fleets with or without police report and hand them over to Thrifty / Dollar Accident Department the fleets which have police report and which don’t have police report are to be handed over to AWW Body shop.

• To send the big fleets to DIP terminal and in case any of the small fleets required more repair work, those fleets are also to be sent to DIP Terminal.

• To prepare and submit the daily reports of productivity of individual terminal, washing bay, mobiles vans as per the kilometer grading.

• To approve the job card in JD

• To conduct daily coordination meetings with all the terminal supervisor, stores and body shop to ensure the smoothness of daily work flow.

• Follow up with the body shop / workshop for all the open job cards for internal / external fleets to ensure EDR is achieved / updated regularly.

• To coordinate with the terminal supervisors for daily manpower deployment to different terminals to ensure the OT is taken only when required as per the pending job cards.

• To follow the fleets pushed for exterior / interior cleaning/ detailing.

• To follow up daily the terminal / location where the number of fleets is higher than normal, and to coordinate with the relevant supervisor to clear.

• To handle the administrative jobs in the workshop.

• To ensure that the quality, health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.

• Any other jobs assigned by the Senior Service Manager.
