Legal Assistant (Arabic)

Main responsibilities:

-Draft legal contracts between the company and suppliers/customers as per the prevalent local Laws
-Communicate with clients regarding payment issues and outstanding dues
-Assist the Legal Advisor with new and ongoing legal cases
-Visit police stations or court authorities to initiate legal transactions on behalf of the company
-Communicate regularly with immediate reports and management regarding customer/supplier cases and provide legal insights
