الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating with procurement functions (sourcing, selection and procurement for the company’s needs for materials and services at optimum cost, quality, and delivery standards). 2. Ensuring the procurement according to deadlines and within budget to deliver as per the plan. 3. Making system entries for purchase orders, forecasts & sales orders. 4. Collecting the sales forecast, reconfirmations, confirming sales orders and order allocations. 5. Follow up with the suppliers & distributors, freight forwarders, customs clearance, shipping companies, dispatch documents, etc. 6. Preparing Initial goods receipt note, picking list, packing list and invoice. 7. Preparing customs & shipping documents including Chamber of Commerce. 8. Filing of all documents for Incoming and Outgoing shipments. 9. Coordinating with warehouse and forwarders. المهارات · Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management OR in a related subject. · Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in UAE in purchasing and logistics / supply chain management. · Experience in FMCG Industry / Retail & Wholesale / Sales & Distribution is preferred. · Advance Excel knowledge is required. · Working knowledge of Oracle or Any other ERP (SAP / MSD / Others) is required. · Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/procurement-and-logistics-coordinator-4209822/ |
