-Manage and Execute Annual Maintenance Contracts.
-Carryout site inspections to ensure quality of works and adherence to the standards.
-Hands on experience in maintenance of HVAC mainly ducted split, package and chiller systems.
-Supervises all routine preventive maintenance procedures and softwares to ensure that systems and machines continue to run and operate efficiently.
-At least 3-5 years of experience.
