General Maintenance Technician

Looking for General Maintenance Technician.
Responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of boilers and HVAC utility equipment/systems.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Starts systems and observes operation.
• Read gauges and instruments and adjust mechanisms to control level of fluid, pressure and temperature in system.
• Maintain proper functioning of refrigeration systems, steam generation, compressed air, hot water, treated water and other systems that apply.
• Use knowledge of water chemistry to maintain and service equipment.
• Maintain monitoring of utilities used by the business units.
• Respond to emergency calls regarding refrigeration on production floor.
• Ensure continued production operation as it relates to refrigeration equipment, utilities, and HVAC equipment.
• Dismantle malfunctioning system and test components using electrical mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot, adjust and/or repair utility systems equipment as problems/deviations occur.
• Pipe fitting and plumbing repair.
• Repair/rebuild pumps, valves, regulators, traps, fans, etc.
• Other duties assigned.
• Collaborates with Refrigeration Lead to achieve designated tasks
• Candidates must be inside UAE
