الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a Real Estate Agent, at a Managerial level to manage and handle our new Real Estate Brokerage Agency. We Offer: • FULL & DIRECT 60% commission. • 5% EXTRA commission from the target of the team members. • Incentives and rewards for extra high performance. • Direct deals from owner. • UAE Working Visa. • UAE ID & Medical Insurance. • 100% WORK FROM HOME (No office duty, based on performance). We Require: • A successful and proven history of closed deals. • Experience in Real Estate business in Dubai. • Ability to work on all kinds of Real Estate deals and opportunities. • Ability to adapt to post Covid-19 lifestyle. • Talented managerial personality. • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. • A wide contact network, marketing and generating your own leads. • Ability to manage fellow agents/brokers and reach targets. • A valid UAE Driving license is a plus. • A valid RERA License is a plus.
