Hiring Site Engineer for High Power Faculties Management
Ensure all systems are working at their optimal capacity and implementation of best practice engineering services systems and processes to support cost optimization, effective resource utilization, quality of service delivery
Conduct audits for process and systems
Monitor FF, FA & BMS systems on regular basis
Generate performance reports for HVAC, Electrical & Water consumption and concentrate on further reduction of unit/cost
Prepare annual, monthly and weekly PPM schedules for contracts and ensure uniformity in service delivery in all buildings in line with the customer requirements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Delivery of services as per set SLA’s/KPI’s and client expectations
Effective Quality and HSE policies
UAE Driving license
Government certification and approval based on degree
