A company based in Dubai/UAE is urgently looking for a Senior Accountant.
The responsibilities are but not limited to:
Coordinate with different stakeholders, procurement, and supply chain.
Validation, verification & reconciliation of all Inventory related accounts. Monthly reconciliations between financial records and Inventory Management systems.
Coordinate with the logistics team to perform periodic stock counts. Ensure compliance with internal policies & processes.
Preparing reports including daily and periodical reports such as daily collection reports, daily booking and invoicing reports, weekly reports for sales team showing target v/s achievement.
Support the business by reducing review and processing time for all revenue and receivables transactions.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Attending vendor calls and resolving queries. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operation.
Assist with the cash flow forecast, bank journals, and reconciliation. Prepare VAT filing and analysis.
