Operations Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Plan out the company resources and activities in keeping with the company’s objectives and targets.

· Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.

· Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

· Ensure the operations are carried out smoothly on the floor

· Assign staff properly to handle the task assigned to each individual

· Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.

· Ensure facility is kept clean all time mandatory

· Ensure to keep the stock properly in the warehouse and keep the stock control systems up to date and conduct monthly inventories of the same as well as update it in the WMS portal.

· Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

· Manpower planning during annual leave for FTE

· Monitor over all process of inbound end to end solutions

· Monitor over all process of outbound end to end solutions

· Prepare the KPI & KPA for staffs and self

· Ensure to records complaints from customer and resolved

· Educate team on the SOP and monitor their KPI’s

· Initiate team building process and focus on the productivity

· Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

· Plan and monitor the storage, the delivery and dispatch of orders.

· Ensure the quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
