Seeking a professional Office /Canteen Support Worker to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. The support worker will be in charge of maintaining all company spaces. Duties will include vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and a positive attitude a must. The right person is punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Responsible for Keeping the office in a clean and orderly manner, provide guest hospitality and conduct regular maintenance checks in the Dubai Office.

Duties & responsibilities:

Facilities Management.

· Monitor the use of kitchen equipment and supplies in the canteen.

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Notify management of occurring problems or needs for repairs

· Order Stock and maintain office supply for cleaning materials and drinks.

· Follow all health and safety regulations

Cleaning Services

· Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors

· Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed

· Disposing of trash from bins and containers

· Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed

· Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets

· Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

· Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products

· Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products

· Keeping all company spaces neat and tidy

· Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job

· Monitoring the external cleaners.

Food/ Drink Service.

· Make and serve tea and coffee to guests/staff and managers

· Ensure the availability of all kitchen and toilet supplies at all times (i.e. soap, air freshener, tissue, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.)

· Order and serve food for guests to NRS International.

Excellent communication with all staff.

· Good experience, preferably in cleaning company.

· Pays attention to detail when cleaning

· Organized and able to follow a schedule

· Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties

· Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 5 gallon

· General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning

· Good working Knowledge of English Language.
