Job Context:

Extending 24X7 service support to customers given the stringent requirement from customers for vehicle/bus uptime, delays are to be avoided at all costs
Emergency support in case of breakdowns

Behavioural Competencies:

Good team player, Self-motivated and Customer focused nature.

المهارات
Minimum Experience:

At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience working on buses, Volvo buses is greatly desired

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience working on buses in bodyshop / panelbeating capacity
Basic / Technical Education and or Apprenticeship.
Trade Certificate and / or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Purpose:

Technicians should ensure being up-to-date with technical aspects of the product/vehicle and to be able to fix right a problem the first time.
