To follow up and maintain the DSOA Cars, Equipment and Machinery are in good working condition and follow up with all the relevant works.
Main Responsibilities
1. Schedule DSOA Vehicles & Machinery inspection and its periodic maintenance service.
2. Maintain fuel record and generating report for the same on monthly basis.
3. Maintain the maintenance records for all machinery & vehicles.
4. Prepare and submit monthly report for Workshop activities.
5. To carry out all the assigned work by line Manager.
6. Responsible to follow up and close all the vehicles and machinery complaints.
7. Responsible to ensure safe work practice in DSOA-Workshop.
8. Adhere to all policies and procedures of DSOA
9. Cooperate with Drivers, Operators and respective supervisors for all the complaints raised by them.
10. To maintain workshop tidy and presentable.
11. Ensure to complete all vehicles & machinery inspections / service within the scheduled time frame.
12. Ensure to use and maintain P.P.E. with team at all times professionally.
13. Ensure with Team to use / maintain workshop tooling in accordance to working specifications and conditions.
14. Monitor and record the use of workplace consumables such as spare parts, fuel, etc.
15. Performs basic work of trade as directed.
16. Arrange materials and tools from store for workshop activities on daily basis.
17. Monitor Auto workshop spare parts record and maintain adequate quantity in stock for Workshop activities.
18. Adhere Health and Safety practice to eliminate work related accidents/ shutdowns.
19. Coordinate with relevant suppliers and dealers for all kind of car / machinery repair works.
20. Coordinate with RTA for Car / Machinery register and renewal activities.
