الوصف الوظيفي Position Responsibilities: · Highlight the product line gaps for each country and present encounter measurement to address factory for product development. · Combine product line up for similar country regulations to enhance Client offering. · Analyze each market and seek demand and consumer insights for premium product development to put client ahead of competition. · Responsible for technical compliance reviews. Review and issue product catalogues with the coordination with HQ RPM and subsidiary PM for each country. · Work very closely with RHQ country managers, RPM and Subsidiary Product Managers in MENA to win and secure manufacturing capacity. · Work closely with internal stakeholders (Business development & Marketing team) to ensure regional events and marketing communication plans are successfully implemented. · Responsible for Launch strategies across the region for new product line-up. Conduct country-specific & segment specific competitor and technical product comparisons and continuously analyze Data from periodic market research/sales audits and present action plan with countermeasures. المهارات · Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen. · Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
