Next Level Group is looking for talented candidate for the position of Project Manager the specialist in Aluminium Curtain Wall, Doors & Windows, Cladding, Point Fixed Systems, Skylights, Canopies, Balustrades, Internal Partitions, Metal Work

· Represent company’s interest.

· Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

· Coordinate with cross disciplines team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, standards, deadlines, and schedules.

· Monitoring company labours and labour supply to ensure guidelines are maintained.

· Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

· Preparing status report by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.

· Carrying out risk management.

· Overseeing and reporting the accounting, costing and billing of his projects.

· Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

· Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.

· Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

المهارات
· Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering.

· Minimum 5 years proven experience in project management in the aluminium and glazing industry in UAE.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Management and Leadership skills.

· Budget management experience.

· Experience in strategic planning, risk management.

· Must be Deeply be experienced in project management software tools such MS project and primavera.

· Radiating positive vibes and able to motivate people for a better performance.

· Experienced in Agile Project Management.
