We are hiring a Head of IT Strategy and Governance (UAE National) for a Semi-Government company in Dubai
Plan and manage IT Business & Governance which include defining IT strategies, managing costs & budget, IT quality, IT HR, IT Security and Vendor Contracts in addition to monitoring Risk and Compliance and supervising the Portfolio and Program Management Governance.
With more than 15 years of experience in IT services, IT processes design and optimization with proven cost savings and services enhancements.
With more than 15 years’ experience in setting up and controlling IT Governance offices, Audits and Compliance using ISACA, CobIT, ITIL and PMI guidelines
