Responsible for main material procurement
Independently responsible for bidding documents and bid opening
Preparing draft LOI/ Agreement and Contract
Assist Procurement Manager to complete daily purchasing management
Candidate must have over 10 years of procurement experience and at least 5 years UAE market experience
Candidate should be in UAE and should join within 2 weeks
