Receiving and labelling of specimen
Distribution of specimen as per the test requested.
To perform routine maintenance of equipment and inform the In-charge about any defect if at all
To perform daily quality control and the requested analyses according to the laboratory policy
Preparation and Analysis of specimen
Appropriate storage after analysis
Release of results in LIS
Preparation of reagents, solutions, slides for microscopic analysis as required
To maintain daily entry of the specimens, their results and daily statistics in computer or register.
To recognize abnormal or unusual test results and follow instruction procedures for reporting critical values.
To perform afternoon and night shift duties as per the need of the laboratory.
To make work assignments and assist in the training of new personnel.
To perform the specialized tests.
To perform other duties that are asked from him within his/her specialty
Release the results within the TAT for routine and STAT specimens are processed and results released immediately and are given TOP priority
Temperature checks –Refrigerators, Deep freeze, Incubators and Water baths
To maintain the TAT and assuring that all specimens are resulted, a pending log is to be checked on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Science
Minimum Experience: more than 10 years
