الوصف الوظيفي • Core responsibility to increase Sales under his P&L;• Define monthly sales target with the line manager and plan to execute the sales plan • Monitor and analyze sales activity against goals. • Open new sales channel to sell content on Mobile Operators Network Account Management: • Responsible and accountable for of the business account of Mobile Operators, content providers in order to monetize all their content with Mobile Operators. • Signing agreement with content providers and mobile operators • Support the content provider with sales and revenue analysis and monthly reportings Content Operation: • Assign, coordinate and follow up service delivery tasks with Content Specialists to meet periodic content updates deadlines • Provide recommendations to improve service delivery and increase service sales and maximize its profitability. • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly service reports analysis (sales information, marketing campaigns information, incident status, open action points, etc.). • Arrange service delivery follow up meetings with customer to discuss action points and open issues to improve the service. • Manage Delivery Plan in alignment with marketing, promotion and events opportunities Sales Function: • Core function of the role, improve sales of the content on mobile operator’s accounts • Develop and manage sales and marketing plan and budgets. • Define and execute promotion and marketing plan with Mobile Operators • Sign exclusive deals • Enforce creativity and innovation, identify and develop new products and services. • Maximize the campaigns utilizing all possible inventories, available, with respective account. المهارات § A University degree, with 2-3 + years of work experience in content sales or digital media sales to Mobile Network Operators or similar media sales platforms. § A strong network of existing relationships with Mobile Network Operators in the region is a valuable asset. § Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news and data quickly in order to extract the most important and relevant information. § Bright, self-motivated and driven. § Excellent analytical and negotiating skills and proven track record of closing contracts. § Excellent follow up and reporting skills. § Experience in structuring sales quotas goals and revenue expectations. § Organized, quick and efficient with excellent ability to meet tight deadlines. § Excellent understanding and experience of the digital market, excellent follow through of the latest and most trending music releases, and strong relationships with big content providers is an asset. § Reacts quickly to change with a positive eye on opportunities. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/mobile-value-added-services-sales-manager-4189939/ |
