Degree Holder with BicSc certification and Minimum 10 years of UAE/gulf experience as Soft service Manager both in operations and business development.
Ability to manage very large teams of Housekeeping, janitorial and housekeeping activities with an aim to meet the committed performance targets in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Experience in supervising the planned and unplanned cleaning activities to meet challenging work schedule.
Good interpersonal skills, and responsible approach to work.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to demonstrate both good communications skills and management capabilities.
Thorough understanding of all aspects of health and safety procedures.
Extensive Experience managing multimillion worth contracts of janitorial and housekeeping activities.
Good command and control of managing KPIs and meeting performance standards
Good understanding and experience of all cleaning materials, tools equipment and its procurement procedures.
