Senior Facilities manager
Minimum 10 years of experience AS SERVICE PROVIDER heading large Facilities Management contracts in UAE/ GCC out of which 6 years in Senior Management role proven Operational management experience.
Extensive experience managing multiple contracts at a time.
Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge in due diligence, bidding and costing FM proposals.
Excellent customer management skills and should be able to meet contractual KPIs
Experience managing sub-contractors, specialist service providers and team of staffs efficiently and cost effectively.
Good communication skills and ownership qualities.
