Position Responsibilities & Eligibility Criteria:
Lead performance of 4-6 clubs
To meet the requirements both commercially and operationally of the assigned clubs
To mentor and develop ACGM/CGM to meet monthly, quarterly, annual budgets
Operating with excellence to execute club operations & team management
Liaise with all departments to maximize opportunities for club growth & success
Must have an exceptional PnL understanding & have the ability to meet business performance KPI’s
Must be inspiring and show courageous & bold leadership
Must demonstrate customer centricity evidence of strategies that have been implemented & executed with positive results
Demonstrate exceptional brand & operations standard
Demonstrate the ability to influence staff to change their behavior & to drive high levels of performance
Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
10+ years of experience in running health club operations
