We are hiring a new Business Development Manager that will be focusing on researching and analyzing startups in property technology (Proptech) to partner up with them and grow their business localy and regionally.. To excel in this role you should be entrepreneurial, disciplined and hard working. You will need to have a strong sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from lead sources.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Researching new companies opportunities
Develop networks for potential opportunities by calling and scouting Startup companies
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Conduct screening process to analyze attractive startups.
Conduct financial due diligence on startups
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Present weekly to the team update and progress.

Business Development Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Experience in tech and start ups
• Experience in real estate
• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
