Hakuna Business Development team functions as a start-up itself within the company, where daily communication and decision-making process is practiced in a fast-paced manner on a day to day basis. As a Business Development Manager you are responsible for acquiring new users in the Arab region. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to the marketing team, ad agencies, and other third parties in order to bring a project to success. A start-up and entrepreneurial by nature, you’re required to have a sharp, and analytical mindset. This position is full time and based at out Dubai Office.

Responsibilities>
Develop local marketing strategies with unique positioning based on clear understanding of the product and user
Lead the project to acquire target user by exploring local marketing channels and agencies
Act as the liaison among the marketing department, advertising agencies and other third parties
Create and manage timelines and scope of work for creative productions
Allocate and manage all marketing resource across all organic and paid media
Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and proactively identifying and addressing competitive threats
Minimum Qualifications>
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant project management experience in the local media/advertising/marketing field
Experience with paid advertising campaigns including work with ad agencies on creative development and media placement
Ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally
Ability to track and keep projects on schedule, manage tight deadlines, and shift priorities at a moment’s notice
Ability to speak, write and understand English clearly and concisely
Preferred Qualification>
5+ years of relevant project management experience in the media/entertainment/advertising field
Understanding of performance marketing channels and experience optimizing campaigns by relevant KPIs such as CPI, ROAS, etc.
Localized business planning especially Saudi Arabia and operation experience for global service
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze the data deeply and effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment (SQL, Excel and etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position (8hrs per day / 5 working days)
*Probation period for 3 Months
