Regional Business Manager (Arabic Region)

Hakuna Business Development team functions as a start-up itself within the company, where daily communication and decision-making process is practiced in a fast-paced manner on a day to day basis. As a Regional Business Manager you are responsible for business operation and customer experience in the Arab region. You will work closely with users and internal stakeholders including but not limited to the business development team, marketing team, and product development team. A start-up and entrepreneurial by nature, you’re required to have a sharp, and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities>

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners/hosts and manage the day to day communication
Become the primary point of contact for users in the Arab region and respond to questions about our products and services
Responsible for identifying growth opportunities and supporting localization of a service
Work closely with the team in KR headquarter to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications and standards
Responsible for prompt reporting of accidents, incidents, and business interruptions per company policy

Minimum Qualifications>

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of customer service
Experience and comfortability working independently as well as collaboratively to manage tasks to completion
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Considerable skills in communication, negotiation, and sound judgment
Ability to speak, write and understand English clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualification>

5+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic
Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer relationship management ability
High awareness of the market trends, demographics and behaviour of users in the Arab region
Excellent organizational skills, with experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and conflicting interests
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position (8hrs per day / 5 working days)
*Probation period for 3 Months
