Assortment Head

الوصف الوظيفي
The Assortment ­­Head is responsible for leading and constantly developing the company’s assortment presence across all verticals and identify technological requirements to improve shopping experience. The Assortment Head will be responsible providing feedback directly to front line employees when appropriate in order to reach department objectives and goals.

Primary responsibilities:

· Supervises and directs the day-to-day operations of the team by ensuring optimum performance

· Manage and improve department processes, policies, and systems to support the organization’s mission and to improve the overall quality and efficiency

· Meeting the markets evolving demand with endorsements to the products across all verticals in the mobile app and webshop.

· Liaise directly with the CAO and present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s assortment presence across all verticals.

· Work closely with the development team by reporting any technological improvements to constantly innovate and improve users shopping experience

· Support the team on field and assure smooth coordination between content creators and merchandisers

· Able to perform complex tasks that require high level of focus

· Solid analytical skills and market research background

· Adequate command of excel

· Strong organizational skills

· Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills in English

· Ability to work independently or in groups
