الوصف الوظيفي 2. Plan and schedule the works and efficiently organize the site staff and facilities in order to meet the construction program and deadlines 3. Plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as per the requirement 4. Develop project plan and Track activities against the plans 5. Oversee and monitor the project works to ensure that all works complies with project approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory and regulatory requirements, company policies and practices and promptly report any deviations to Director Projects. 6. Directs team members (employees and consultants) at all levels of contract administration 7. Ensure the management process relating to site labor & subcontract resources is followed in close liaison with the site teams to deliver the project to budget, to program and to contract requirements 8. Conducted and performed site surveys during various stages of the construction project 9. Supervised and guided other staff throughout the construction process 10. Controls any number of projects at various stages of work. 11. Oversee QA/QC procedures and safety matters on the site, and ensure that regulations are adhered 12. Reviews records of accounts and inputs entries into to proper accounts. 13. Consults with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs and construction time. 14. Checks a set of drawings and prepares feedback for staff. Details any type of building. 15. Administers construction contracts and conducts periodic onsite observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. 16. Prepares studies and reports. 17. Directs activities of staff engaged in preparing shop drawings and specification documents 18. Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations 19. Arranged work-force as per requirement of project and dispatched schedule to worksite 20.
