الوصف الوظيفي Platform enhancements for eStore for multiple countries in MENA Clients MENA HQ is currently developing a regional eStore for selected MENA markets. The Assistant Enhancement Manager will be responsible for driving the platform development along with the overall eStore business, end-to-end project management of enhancements, as well as platform maintenance and support eStore Operations Manager with incident management. Lead and assist during the technical requirement gathering and planning exercises The role requires excellent business acumen and good stakeholder management as well as technical skills. · Ability in planning, managing, executing and tracking of eStore enhancement projects · The role requires a proven experience in eCommerce CMS, UI/UX design, project management · Knowledge of ticketing systems such as JIRA and associated tools · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (can‐do approach) · Conceptual and strategic, but also must embrace being an owner; getting involved in the details of the business and making things happen · Comfortable in a collaborative environment; flexible and open to ideas from all areas and levels of the organization, but also confident and decisive · At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience with technical eCommerce projects · Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being extremely organized and maintaining high attention to detail · Knowledge of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience · Outstanding stakeholder management · Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data based insights · Experience with eCommerce operations handling including platform management and fulfillment · Solid understanding of data reporting and digital advertising best practices · Possess an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset · Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills) · Bachelor/Master degree in Business/ IT or a relevant field with 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce · Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology · Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills · Must be system oriented as well as computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Fluent in English, Arabic is a Plus تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/assistant-estore-enhancement-manager-4187783/ |
