الوصف الوظيفي As an Assistant eStore Content Manager for client, you will be responsible for maintaining the eStore on-site content for all eStores in the MENA region, with the purpose of ensuring a premium experience for online customers. You will work close with the regional eStore Manager, creative agencies, in-house designer and the local online teams based in each market. · Planning, development and management of eStore on-site content in alignment with promotional activities, seasonal events and local market requirements · Develop content strategy for optimal user experience and operational efficiency to ensure strong and consistent digital content for our eStores · Supporting online campaigns with on-site content and implementing an optimal customer journey on eStore including planning, development and overseeing implementation of landing pages in multiple languages across MENA markets · Process design and optimization to increase operations efficiencies with local markets and creative agency · Support with eCommerce platform migration (content migration piece) · Consultancy on SEO, web content and back office topics for new projects · Monitor online shopping trends and stay up-to-date on latest content trends, SEO and digital strategies · Coordinate translations, design, localization and distribution of global content to local stakeholders · Collaborate closely with the online teams and eStore Operations Manager to keep content updates on schedule and ensure branding standards are met · Manage and publish content in the eCommerce platform for product releases, landing pages, campaigns and updates to samsung.com regional eStores · Make sure that tonality and global UI/brand guidelines are followed throughout all regional eStores · Collaborate with global headquarters to align global content strategy with local operations · Regularly audit competitor activities on local and global level · Benchmark global best practices and find insights for regional optimization strategy · Manage customer reviews, FAQs and other feedback, and coordinate with operations teams المهارات · At least 3-5 years’ experience in web content management in a relevant e-commerce company or division · Ability to handle multiple demands efficiently, while being well organized and maintaining high attention to detail · A self-starter and eager learner who enjoys working both in groups and independently · Analytical skills to be able to track and generate data based insights · Must possess good interpersonal skills in order to build strong positive business relationships · Solid understanding of eCommerce, UX & Digital Marketing best practices (especially SEO and Social Media) · Experience of managing agencies and service providers such as translation agencies or external resources · Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset (can‐do approach) · Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, and manage change effectively · Demonstrated written and communication skills, exemplary grammar and spelling · Understanding of eCommerce concepts and principles, including B2B, B2B2C and B2C Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills) · Bachelor degree in marketing or similar with 3-5 years of experience in working in Content for eCommerce · Demonstrated written and communication skills, exemplary grammar and spelling · Hands-on experience with content management systems (experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA a plus) · Computer literate and advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) · Relevant eCommerce copywriting experience is a plus · Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus but not a must تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/assistant-estore-content-manager-4187779/ |
