Soft Service Trainer

Job Description and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
 A Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification / experience in a related field.
 BICSc Assessor certification.

Minimum Experience:
 4 years of proven work experience as a Soft Service
trainer in similar field.
 Primary field: Soft FM

Job-specific Skills:
 Ability to conduct training at sites as per requirement.
 Proven experience as technical trainer.
 Hands on experience with various operational techniques
and methods in Total facility management.
 Experience in designing technical course content
 Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
 Familiar with all technical tools and equipment’s to be used in
the organization.
 Hands-on experience in conducting training for the
technical activities, tools and equipment’s
 Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking
to crowds
 Strong decision-making skills.
 Certification such as Train the Trainer is a strong asset
