Job Description and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification / experience in a related field.
BICSc Assessor certification.
Minimum Experience:
4 years of proven work experience as a Soft Service
trainer in similar field.
Primary field: Soft FM
Job-specific Skills:
Ability to conduct training at sites as per requirement.
Proven experience as technical trainer.
Hands on experience with various operational techniques
and methods in Total facility management.
Experience in designing technical course content
Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Familiar with all technical tools and equipment’s to be used in
the organization.
Hands-on experience in conducting training for the
technical activities, tools and equipment’s
Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking
to crowds
Strong decision-making skills.
Certification such as Train the Trainer is a strong asset
