الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: 1. Identify cloud market opportunities and trends in the MENA region, with specific focus on Managed Services (Cloud Infrastructure, Applications & Data) opportunities. 2. Build a portfolio of Managed Services (Cloud Infrastructure, Applications & Data) to target enterprise and public sector customers with differentiated offerings. 3. Partner with relevant cloud ISV solution providers to complement the managed services portfolio with pre-packaged software tools and solutions. 4. Develop and execute a GTM plan collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders including sales account teams, marketing and other relevant business units. 5. Build and own a managed services sales pipeline jointly with the enterprise and public sector sales account teams and help drive customer wins. 6. Deliver pre-sales support, assessments, technical workshops, pilots, MVPs and other related activities to help drive cloud adoption. 7. Lead a technical team including Cloud/Application Architects, Customer Success and Technical Support Engineers. 8. Develop the skills and competencies of the team to be able to provide high quality consulting, scoping and architecting skills. 9. Become the trusted advisor and cloud strategy partner for our top enterprise and public sector customers to enable and help execute their Digital Transformation initiatives. 10. Build and deepen relationships with strategic partners including Microsoft, AWS, IBM, Red Hat and others. المهارات · Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, service and technical challenges · Outstanding customer (C-level) relationship management experience and collaboration skills · Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of contemporary cloud services and solutions · Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services, specifically in the areas of cloud migration and application modernization · Business development experience including complex agreements w/ large Enterprise and Public Sector customers · International sales and delivery experience with global enterprise customers and partners · Deep knowledge of cloud services sales process and deployment models from Public Cloud vendors, specifically Microsoft Azure and/or AWS · Direct people management experience leading a team of at least 20 or manager of manager experience in a consulting and/or professional services practice تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/practice-manager-managed-services-4187687/ |
