Performs all aspects of cleaning and hygiene operations under the supervision of the cleaning supervisor.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, dry, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
Carry out general cleaning as directed including sweeping, mopping, washing and emptying of garbage bins.
Cleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dishwashing area by following standard procedures.
Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glasses and related cutlery following standard procedures.
Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other minor equipment routinely used in the kitchen following standard procedures.
Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures.
Cleans and sanitize work stations.
Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are stored in their proper places before closing.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the Cleaning Supervisor / Hygiene Officer.
Other duties as assigned.
