The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for achieving the highest sales possible, whilst ensuring an Excellent customer service, maintaining consistent store standards, and tightly controlling costs.

Other responsibilities include all aspects of employee management and people Development, Regular Communication with the Area Manager/Operation Director, Ensuring best practice in sales development, Stock control and financial management of the store.

Multiple opportunity to access an Area Manager position will be accessible internally within our coming big development.
