Coaching Supervisor

Our accredited coach training school offers a certified and accredited coach training program (Association for Coaching, TRACCERT Canada, European Mentoring and Coaching Council).

We are looking for qualified and experienced Coaching Supervisors to join our team and support the coach training students during the 120 hour program experience.

This is a full time (40hrs/week) , remote (work from home) position with compensation starting from 8500 AED per month.

Please note that Coaching Supervision is a different discipline from coaching, and requires different qualifications and experience.

* Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach brings their coaching work experiences to a supervisor in order to be supported and to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach, their clients and their organisations. (ref.- Definition by EMCC, 2018)

Responsibilities

Written student support via dedicated forum and email (lesson discussions, questions and answers, mentorship, program guidance)
Q&A;video support: weekly video webinars in a format of group coaching, or training plus open Q&A;Preparation and delivery of monthly live video training sessions for the entire students body based on anticipated needs of the students, expanding students’ knowledge on certain program topics
Quality Control: Monitor and control students’ professional and ethical boundaries adherence according to school’s and accrediting bodies’ code of conduct
Conclude Independent Coach “Fitness to Practice” Assessment in preparation of your student to the Comprehensive Examination
Coaching Sessions Evaluation (written and oral) according to the School’s Coaching Competencies, Global Code of Ethics and coaching process depth and breadth criteria.
Comprehensive Exam Mentorship & Preparation with assigned students (case study analysis, panel presentation with Q&A;)
Student Mentorship throughout the program. Progress monitoring to ensure a student completes the program according to their completion goals
Maintain internal communication with the team, provide mutual support and find resolutions to incoming questions. Attend team weekly calls and any ad-hoc meetings, as required.
Contribute to the school’s library and press in the form of articles, resources and guides for students.
Adhere to school’s policies, procedures, and Global Code of Ethics.

المهارات
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:

Accredited Coach by the Association for Coaching, or European Mentoring and Coaching Council, or International Coach Federation for at least 2 years with the Certificate of Completion (Accredited Coach Training Program), or
Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology with coaching experience, or
Certificate of Completion of an Accredited Coaching Supervisor Training Program + practical experience
Coaching experience (after your coach training program completion) of more than 2,000 paid hours.
Experience in coach training student supervision and mentoring in an accredited institution
