Be Part of the World’s most valuable EdTech company– Byjus- the Learning app. Job Description: Calling the clients and fixing appointments for counseling session for their kids Meeting the clients and consult them for a better learning approach Meeting Revenue targets set by the company Following up with the customer to ensure they are getting error-free service Build strong rapport with the client to generate reference Make connections with clients to find out new avenues and ideas for lead generation Identifying prospect and collect database through campaigns Assisting customers in case they have any problems related to product services and retaining them Handling customer database to ensure quality process flow from calling the lead till closing the deal Logging conversations with clients on CRM software and maintaining database properly Co-ordination with other departments teams for striving customer expectations through the operation of a necessary report on daily basis Following hierarchy and maintaining the reporting structure of the organization Experience: Less than 5 years of sales experience and age less than 35 years. Qualification: BE, B.Tech, BSc (Technical & Eng. subjects), PG or MBA from a reputed university. Or any graduation with good aptitude for sales and marketing.
