Our client is a world-renowned leading supplier of technology services. They are looking for a Legal Counsel who will be responsible for providing legal advice to the business teams in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing legal counsel in all aspects of civil and commercial law
Assisting in risk profiles assessment in the region and developing appropriate measures to address and mitigate the identified risks
Provide advice concerning transactions of business involving internal affairs and corporate relations with the shareholders
Providing support in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and projects (including but not limited to sales, purchasing, licensing, services or other strategic alliances) and developing legal templates
المهارات
Bachelor degree in law
At least 7 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably at a corporate legal department in a comparable multinational or international law firms in the UAE
Experience in commercial legal practice in the UAE and Middle East region
Fluent English and Arabic
