1) Taiwan hire, 3-month probation and Taiwan trained, re-locate to Dubai

2) Dubai hire, 3-month probation w/remote training, Taiwan training, back to Dubai

Prime Qualification

(Must)

1) 5yr+ ICT/Networking/IoT Sales & Business Development experience with proven track record, can be either Hardware or Software product experience

2) 5yrs+ Regional Experience to BOTH Saudi and UAE

3) Healthcare or Enterprise industry experience, or BOTH

Secondary Qualification(Not Required, but Preferred)
1) Experience in coordination / project management with foreign supplier, preferred Asian (Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan,…etc.)

2) Knowledgeable on Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications

3) Knowledge Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning and its applications
Recruited Candidate

Roles & Responsibility
1) Business Development for Healthcare / Enterprise sector solutions

2) Key Account Management & Solution Design-In

3) After-Sales Project Management & Coordination & Support

4) Quarterly Sales & Marketing Plan Formulation & Execution

5) Regional Coverage: UAE & Saudi Arabia, Sector Coverage: Health & Enterprise.

6) Estimated 1 business trip to Taiwan per year for training

After Hire Work Model

1) Weekly Progress Sync session with KOGI (with one key AI Redwan member in the meeting)- to align product knowledge, sales/tech support, key customer facing techniques, check business development & sales progress.

2) KOGI prefers the candidate to be under 3 month probation period by Al Redwan to first assess capability and stability on the candidate, before sending candidate to Taiwan for a ONE (1) month intensive training (2 weeks Healthcare, 1 week Enterprise, 1 week Transportation / Retail)

3) Prefer the Hired Candidate to use CEO APP him/herself as live-demo to clients, at the same time to provide real-time updates to Mr. Yousef, Mr. Chaitanya, Mr. Allen. (Will create a test account to set parallel manager for him/her to update task/progress, and customer management)
