Deputy Manager IT Infrastructure

This role is to provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive all infrastructure’s related support and maintenance within the organization’s Software Applications (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. This includes installing, diagnosing, reconfiguring, maintaining, and upgrading all running software applications stack and related equipment, to ensure optimal performance.

Major Responsibilities:

. Manage and prioritize the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems including LAN, WAN, security, server, Internet, intranet, and wireless implementations
• Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future group requirements
• Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are followed
• Conduct feasibility studies for a variety of upgrade projects, improvements, and policy
• Prepare RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, the scope of work reports, and other documentation for infrastructure projects and associated efforts
• Make sure all software/license legal requirements are maintained and any illegal usage to be brought to notice of management for regularization.
