1. BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
Manage the Design Team and ensure delivery of a large portfolio of projects from initial vision to operation.
2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Design & Supervision Team and ensure delivery of a large portfolio of projects from initial vision to operation.
• Develop, implement and manage the work flow and work structure in the section.
• Develop the section budget in relation to the operation needs and the objectives of the company.
• Prepare, maintain and manage the project time plan and ensure the development of the project as required.
• Communicate with the clients and provide summaries of the project requirements and needs and ensure full comprehensive and understanding of this to all parties.
• Communicate with the construction managers and other parties in all matters in relation to the design from architecture, MEP, and structural.
• Ensure the design of the architecture meets the required project summary and clients needs.
• Engage in the designing activities of the project and act as the safe source of information and assistance.
• Manage the communications and the coordination between the different sections of the design and ensure the project is being synchronized and communicated by all sections.
• Develop, predict and present the project budget, costs and projections as per the clients needs and requirements.
• Supervise the development of the structural design and ensure it meets the required project requirements and needs.
• Supervise the production of all documents, blue prints and support information in relation to the project and ensure it is presented, documented and archived in an efficient and effective manner.
• Engage in meetings with the clients, suppliers, contractors and other parties.
• Advise, orient and lead the section personnel and ensure productive and high quality performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy and procedures.
• Perform all other ad hoc activities as and when required.

8. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications and Experience):
• B.Sc. in Architecture
• 10 years experience in similar capacity (Consultancy)
