Technical Skills:
• At least 4-5 years of Oracle development experience.
• At least 2 project support experience on Oracle CRM (Sales, Service, JTF) at client location.
• Highly proficient writing OA Pages, JAVA Forms, PL/SQL Queries, Packages, Procedures, Materialized Views, etc.
• Technically Proficient Oracle CRM Concepts and Processes. Such as Call-to-Resolution, Quote-to-Order, Service SLAs, etc.
• Highly proficient with Integration methodologies and practices.
• High understanding on TCA structure and limitations.
• Should have good knowledge and working experience in Workflow builder, XML publisher, Form Personalization and Alerts.
• Should have involved in developing interface from different system.
• Knowledge of Oracle property manager module will be added advantage.
Soft Skills:
• MUST have customer facing experience of at least 3 years
• Highly proficient with English language
• Must have handled complete life cycle of implementation on client side.
• Strong logical reasoning
