Understand and interpret civil drawing.  Measure and calculate the material requirement as per the civil drawing and propose an alternative from our product range, and also calculate the waste accordingly.
Supports the Sales team by handling the sales order processes, tracking, investigating and reporting sales and pricing information, coordinating between the Customer, the Supply Chain and Production teams and ensuring the effective delivery of the purchased products and the timely collection of all payments.
Prepare and circulate the Sales MIS and Inventory MIS on weekly and monthly basis to enable senior management and the Sales team to review previous sales activities and decide the way of going forward.
Coordinate with planning department to define the production priorities and finalize the production plan to maximize the sales from the current order book. Arrange and follow up the planned production orders from SAP .
Prepare quotations, BOQ and invoices in SAP and Excel(both). In case of a new customer, create a new customer account in SAP. Upon approval of the quotation, change it to proforma and issue the contract in the SAP before getting it signed by the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with Customers, Transporters and Shipping team for the delivery of the finished products . Prepare all necessary local and export documentation, using their knowledge of export documentation.
Coordinate with the dispatch team and warehouse for Delivery Planning and scheduling .
Create dispatch and production status reports from SAP
Ensure all the sales orders are supplied within the agreed time limit. Coordinate with the Production team in case of any production delays and inform the customer accordingly.
Follow up with the client for all payments and update SAP accordingly. Ensure that products are only released in line with the issued Letter of Credit (LC) or payments received.
Manage speacial accounts as a key account representative to ensure high customer satisfaction.
المهارات
A qualified Civil Engineer / Architect / Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in interpreting Civil drawing
Minimum 3 years ‘of experience in SAP, MS Excel and AutoCAD is a must
Must be confident with effective communication skills and should be able to provide / present required information / findings to senior management confidently.
Candidates with building materials manufacturing companies would be given preference
