Shall be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory and for managing Company Showrooms, Dealers and Hospitality Customers.
Shall be also responsible for conducting training programs for Company’s sales staff and dealer salesman.
Should design and implement promotional schemes and also launch new products in the territory.
Should be a good thinker & strategist and must come up with innovative ideas for improving business in the territory.
المهارات
Shall be Post Graduate in Management from a premiere institute (Indian Institute of Management, Bajaj Institute of Management & XLRI)
Should have at least 20 years’ experience in handling Retail, Hospitality and Dealer Segments in GCC in the consumer durable industry like electronics, building materials, etc.
Should have at least 10 years’ experience in managing sales force in GCC.
Should be age group of 42 – 45 years.
