Our event based client, based in the UAE is looking for an Arabic speaking candidates with the below requirements:

· A proactive and active individual , with a background in multi tasking and daily customer interaction

· Providing a unique and high level customer journey ensuing customer satisfaction

· Assuring location is up to expectations , by coordinating and communicating with various departments

· Oversee the location operations and assuring customer feedback and satisfaction is distributed to department heads

· Inspecting and maintaining venue assuring highest standards are maintained at all times

· Events management background is a must due to the scope of work , and coordinating with different vendors

Previous customer relations experience
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Events background a must
