Quantity Surveyor

Job Description and Requirements
Qualifications:

The QS shall hold a valid and Corporate Membership of a recognized Quantity Surveying Institution (RICS or similar) with minimum 8 years post qualification experience in similar engineering works. QS/PQS should be able to perform all tasks related to site measurement works but not limited to preparation of BOQ’s, cost estimates at various stage of construction review contractor’s submitted BOQs for invoices in coordination with the respective consultants site engineers.

Degree in civil engineering.
