الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of the role include: - Assist with planning services and visits integration outlined by the Protocol Scope of Work; - Support the facilitation of the guests’ management on behalf of the Commissioner General Office inputs for the agendas related to the Chief Executive Office and the Director General Office; - Assist in the elaboration of strategies in line with the operational requirements in order to facilitate flawless visits under both authorities and possess a thorough background in visits readiness, guests’ services and international affairs and cooperation that will lead to key deliverables on behalf of MOFAIC and external stakeholders, partners, in line with the specification given by the CEO Office; - Manage the development of operational strategies for implementation in respect of servicing the needs of VVIP, VIP and other personalities; - Additionally, the incumbent will be a reliable team player with key ability to serve the vast clientele related to the guest services and special projects; - Support all services related to National Day Program and the Visit Officers management for all advance team visits and during events time in all areas related to Movement, Protocol Working Group and Diplomatic Briefing while operating in close coordination with the integration and operations directorate for all relevant actions related to clients’ journey experience; - Additionally, he/she will manage the operations related to the guest movements during the Expo National Days Program and work as liaison officers between the multiple taskforce in place to manage, scope and plan the national days prior to the specific visits and for those planned after them in order to coordinate the operations on site and facilitate the guests experience from a protocol perspective; - Manage the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports and set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field; - Strong diplomatic, management & operational capabilities.
