Connected Experiences Director

Our Connected Experiences Director will have the unique know-how that is required to create integrated communications and experiences for the world class events and projects that Moment Makers designs for Expo 2020. The core skills of the person we need could include Communications, Content and Digital Strategy, Insights and Research, Measurement/Analytics, Marketing and User Experience.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Responsible for developing and integrating connected experiences campaigns, including but not limited to the approved marketing and communications strategy (paid, earned, owned) to deliver to a specific set of KPIs to maximize our ROI for each MM project;

- Plan, manage and deliver the connected experiences campaigns in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external;

- Ensure and animate the right level of engagement and coordination with all required departments to ensure operational excellence for all connected experiences needs;

- Working closely with Operations Team to ensure alignment with MM standard operating procedures and Expo governance, operational requirements and policies;

- Manage one direct report and agency personnel to deliver on all relevant assigned programs, and actively manage key personnel issues;

- Cultivate and compliance with the 5 organizational values: Cooperation, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Humility;

- Ensure that direct reports acquire the skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs;

- Embed the culture and vision of Expo 2020 into the talent team and function through performance management, feedback and coaching.

المهارات
15+ years of work experience or communications management experience as well as:

- A Bachelor’s degree within the relevant field;

- Strategic thinker, ability to lead a team with motivation and professionalism;

- Strong ability to multi-task various projects with results-oriented mindset;

- Experienced in communication and influencing skills at a senior level;

- Self-motivation with the ability to work well independently and under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;

- Proven track record in planning and managing high-profile connected experience campaigns for live events and multinational organizations;

- Experience in the UAE with strong knowledge and understanding of local culture pertaining to events.
