We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who will mainly support the company’s recruitment business through candidate interviews and engagement. You will be responsible for conducting candidate screening and maintaining candidate relationships over the phone.
An effective customer service representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new top-tier candidates and manage the expectations.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing candidates to inform them about the company’s new platform using scripts
Answer questions about the company and its services
Ask questions and understand candidate preferences
Enter and update candidate information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet call targets
Keep records of calls and note useful information
المهارات
Proven experience as telesales/telemarketing representative or other sales/customer service role
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaint
Recruitment experience is a plus
