الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities for this role include: - Support in the development of staffing operational plans regarding check-in/check-out procedures, deployment, equipment distribution, redeployment, break times, post prioritization plan and retention for each staff category; - Manage the GSE office on site including management of the Guest Services Coordinators - Staffing, delivering the check-in/check-out, equipment distribution, and contractor management; - Develop shift patterns for each position in the GSE team following worker welfare laws for each staffing category and position; - Support the GSE Training Team as needed with delivering Role Specific Training, Operational Specific Training as well as any Just-In-Time Training;
- Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues; - Ensure that all workforce acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs. المهارات - Programme/project manager experience leading complex projects; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organization, GCC region desirable; - Experience in working on staffing plans and operations for big multicultural teams and events (short time to train people with no second chance); - Experience on planning schedules, shifts and roster for a large team with multiple individual situation related; - Experience in leading paid staff and volunteers; - Experience in managing contractors. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/guest-services-deputy-manager-staffing-4159162/ |
